Job summary

Trans-Tech, a leading designer and manufacturer of RF and microwave components, is seeking a Screen Print Operator in Maryland, Adamstown. The role involves setting up and operating automatic or semi-automatic screen-printing machines, inspecting parts against tolerances, and meeting run-rate targets after training.

Shift options include 1st shift (6:00 am–2:30 pm) or 2nd shift (2:00 pm–10:30 pm) on weekdays, with 5 days of work.

Qualifications

• Reads and comprehends process documentation including Bills of Materials and Assembly drawings.
• Visually inspects parts for defects with acuity and accuracy.
• Communicates well in English, both verbally and in writing.
• 2–3 years minimum in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; prior screen-printing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic screen-printing machines.
• Inspect and pre/post-inspect parts per work instructions and travelers.
• Mix and prep printing material and ensure quality across runs.
