Job summary

ELCO Apparel is seeking dependable team members for its Screen Print Team in Jasper, AL. Your initial role is unloader/catcher, unloading and organizing garments as they exit the press. With experience, you may train in other production tasks and advance toward screen print operator roles.

Starting pay is $15 per hour for an in-person, Monday–Friday shift from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a production team are required.

SCREEN PRINT TEAM MEMBER

ELCO Apparel is looking for dependable team members to join our Screen Print Team.

New team members will primarily begin as an Unloader/Catcher, helping unload and organize printed garments as they come off the screen printing press. As you gain experience, you will be cross-trained in other areas of the Screen Print Team, including operating the Folder/Bagger and other production tasks.

This position also provides an opportunity to advance into a Screen Print Operator role. Advancement is based on experience, reliability, productivity, and demonstrated ability. This is not an operator position to start; new team members will begin in an entry-level production role and be trained from there.
