Job summary

ELCO Apparel is seeking dependable team members for its Screen Print Team in Jasper, AL. Your initial role is unloader/catcher, unloading and organizing garments as they exit the press. With experience, you may train in other production tasks and advance toward screen print operator roles.

Starting pay is $15 per hour for an in-person, Monday–Friday shift from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a production team are required.

Responsibilities

• Unload and catch printed garments from the press
• Inspect garments for quality
• Organize garments for next production stage
• Learn and perform additional Screen Print Team tasks
• Operate the Folder/Bagger after training
• Follow production and safety procedures
• Work with the team to meet daily goals
