The role emphasizes safety, precision, and following written and verbal instructions, with responsibilities including equipment maintenance, quality checks, and maintaining a clean reclaim area; prior reclaim experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior screen printing or reclaim experience a plus, but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic understanding of chemicals and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Remove ink, emulsion, and haze from used screens using reclaim chemicals and equipment.
• Wash, degrease, and dry screens to prepare them for re-coating.
• Inspect screens for damage, pinholes, or mesh issues and report or repair as needed.
• Maintain reclaim area cleanliness and organization.
• Properly handle, store, and dispose of chemicals according to safety and environmental guidelines.
• Follow all safety procedures, including use of PPE.
• Meet production schedules and turnaround times for screen availability.
• Perform routine maintenance on reclaim equipment.
• Other duties as required.
