UltraPress, a fast-growing custom apparel company in Farmers Branch, TX, is seeking a dependable Screen Print Catcher. You will be the final quality checkpoint before garments are packed and shipped to customers nationwide, catching garments off the conveyor dryer, inspecting quality, packing orders, and preparing shipments.

Qualifications

• Experience in the custom apparel industry.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
• Able to identify defects quickly and accurately.
• Thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team.
• Comfort with shipping software and printing shipping labels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Catch garments as they come off the conveyor dryer and in two rows.
• Inspect printed garments for quality, including print placement and color consistency.
• Count and pack completed orders.
• Communicate quality concerns to production team members and supervisors.
• Assist other departments as needed.
