Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years in manufacturing/production.
• 3+ years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience onboarding and developing team members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching abilities.
• Analytical problem solving and critical thinking.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet schedules and customer requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve goals.
• Promote safety culture by identifying and addressing risks.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings and engagement activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve quality.
• Communicate performance expectations and monitor metrics.
• Lead recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
