Screen Print Production Flow Supervisor

Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

POSITION: Screen Printing Production Flow Supervisor

HOURS Monday – Friday; 6:00 am to 3:30 pm

REPORTS TO Screen Printing Production Manager

As a screen printing production supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the supervision and production of associates engaged in the screen printing department.

Qualified candidates for this role are currently leading by example by demonstrating positivity, good attendance, good performance, and the other guiding principles reflected on the 4imprint compass.

  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve individual and departmental goals.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by identifying, addressing, and preventing safety risks.
  • Conduct regular one‑on‑one meetings and lead engagement activities to foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Identify, promote, and implement process improvements that reduce costs, save time, and maintain or enhance quality.
  • Communicate performance expectations and implement guidelines, metrics, and processes to measure and improve results.
  • Champion and implement initiatives that enhance workflow efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, communication, and overall team performance.
  • Address employee performance and behavioral concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lead recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding activities to build and maintain a high‑performing team.
  • Provide compensation recommendations for direct reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulations.

Required education/skills/experience:

  • Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a related manufacturing or production environment.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in data entry, MS Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Demonstrated success onboarding, training, and developing team members.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching abilities.
  • Critical thinking and analytical problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on feet throughout the workday.
