Job summary

Staffmark Group in Torrance, CA is hiring a Screen Print Production Associate. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with shifts: 1st 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, 2nd 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, 3rd 10:00 PM–6:30 AM.

You will set up, operate, and troubleshoot screen-printing equipment, follow SOPs, ensure quality, and support continuous improvement while maintaining safety and good housekeeping. A high school diploma or GED is preferred and 2 years of hands-on screen-printing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years hands-on screen-printing experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow written work instructions and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot screen-printing equipment.

Education Requirements

Job Duties

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot screen-printing equipment.
• Assist with projects involving the proper selection and application of inks.
• Understand and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the cleanroom and screen-printing work areas.
• Produce products that consistently meet established quality control standards.
• Perform prototype testing and other manufacturing-related tasks as assigned.
• Make independent decisions regarding manufacturing processes and equipment while performing job responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Identify opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Understand and comply with ISO requirements for manufacturing.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain good housekeeping and proper waste-management practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Screen Print Production Associate.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
