Job summary

ULTRAPRESS is seeking a Screen Print Operator for the 1st shift in Farmers Branch, TX. You will operate our automatic presses, load garments, and follow artwork to ensure high-quality prints for orders shipped nationwide.

You will work in a brand-new, climate-controlled facility and support teammates to maintain production efficiency and on-time delivery. A focus on quality and reliability is essential, with physical readiness for long stand times and up-to-50-lb lifts.

Qualifications

• Experience running automatic screen printing presses (M&R experience a big plus).
• Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment.
• Excellent attention to detail; quality matters.
• Able to stay focused on repetitive but important work.
• Team player in a shop environment.
• Willing to learn and improve production skills over time.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to ~50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating automatic presses (screens, inks, squeegees).
• Loading garments and running production jobs (mainly T-shirts, some fleece).
• Following job sheets and artwork to ensure correct prints.
• Checking print quality during runs and fixing issues promptly.
• Keeping production on schedule for on-time orders.
• Breaking down and cleaning presses after each job.
• Maintaining a clean, organized work area and helping teammates.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Screen Print Operator to join our team in our brand-new, fully climate-controlled (100% HVAC) facility in Farmers Branch, TX.

You’ll be running our new M&R automatic presses, helping turn blank garments into finished products that ship out to customers all over the country.

What You’ll Be Doing

Day to day, you’ll be:

• Setting up and operating automatic presses (screens, inks, squeegees, etc.)


• Loading garments and running production jobs (mostly t-shirts, some fleece)


• Following job sheets and artwork to make sure everything prints correctly


• Checking print quality throughout each run and fixing issues as they come up


• Keeping production on schedule so orders go out on time


• Breaking down and cleaning presses after each job


• Keeping your work area clean and organized


• Helping out teammates or other departments when needed

What We’re Looking For

PAY RANGE: $22 - $23 per hour depending on experience
