Custom Print Graphics in the United States is seeking an elite automatic screen printing press operator who takes pride in producing exceptional work, solving problems before they become problems, and knows how to maximize every press run.

Qualifications

• 5+ years operating automatic screen printing presses.
• Extensive experience with M&R equipment preferred.
• Strong understanding of ink systems, mesh selection, squeegee pressure, off-contact, flash curing, and production optimization.
• Ability to consistently hit registration and maintain color accuracy.
• Leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate M&R automatic screen printing presses
• Produce consistent, high-quality prints while maintaining production efficiency
• Dial in color, registration, and print quality with minimal waste
• Troubleshoot printing issues quickly and independently
• Maintain equipment and ensure presses are operating at peak performance
• Work closely with scheduling and production leadership to meet deadlines
• Train and mentor press assistants and junior operators
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
• Take ownership of quality from setup through final production
