Job summary

UltraPress is a fast-growing custom apparel company in Farmers Branch, TX, delivering high-quality printed clothing at scale. We operate on modern automated equipment and focus on simple, low-quantity per order screen printing.

We need an experienced Screen Print Operator to run our new M&R automatic presses in a brand-new climate-controlled facility. You will load garments, follow artwork, and maintain print quality to ship orders across the country on the 2nd shift (3:30 PM–11:30 PM).

Qualifications

• Experience running automatic screen printing presses.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Attention to detail; quality matters.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Lift up to ~50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automatic presses (screens, inks, squeegees).
• Load garments and run production jobs (mainly t-shirts, some fleece).
• Follow job sheets and artwork to ensure prints are correct.
• Check print quality throughout runs and fix issues as they arise.
• Keep production on schedule and ensure timely shipouts.
• Break down and clean presses after each job.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Screen Print Operator to join our team in our brand-new, fully climate-controlled (100% HVAC) facility in Farmers Branch, TX.

You’ll be running our new M&R automatic presses, helping turn blank garments into finished products that ship out to customers all over the country.

What You’ll Be Doing

Day to day, you’ll be:

• Setting up and operating automatic presses (screens, inks, squeegees, etc.)
• Loading garments and running production jobs (mostly t-shirts, some fleece)
• Following job sheets and artwork to make sure everything prints correctly
• Checking print quality throughout each run and fixing issues as they come up
• Keeping production on schedule so orders go out on time
• Breaking down and cleaning presses after each job

  What We’re Looking For

  • Has experience running automatic screen printing presses (M&R experience is a big plus)
  • Feels comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
  • Pays close attention to detail — quality matters here
  • Can stay focused on repetitive but important work
  • Works well as part of a team in a shop environment
  • Is open to learning and improving production skills over time
  • Be able to stand for long periods
  • Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the day
  • Lift up to ~50 lbs when needed

  PAY RATE: $23 - $24 per hour based on experience
