Job summary

AO Swag is seeking a dependable Screen Print Operator to join our production team in Coppell, TX. This hands-on role focuses on operating screen print equipment in compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.

You will receive work orders, determine materials and ink, and perform multiple quality checks to ensure high-quality output in a structured production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating silk screen presses on M&R Sportsman, Gauntlet or similar machines.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Receive work order jobs for screen printing.
• Examine work orders to determine estimated printing times, ink, and material quantities.
• Keep workstation and machinery clean.
• Examine product for painting smears and other defects.
• Run prints and perform quality checks throughout the printing process.
• Troubleshoot problems as they arise.
• Count and record quantities printed in the production log.
