Job summary

Phoenix Color Corp. in Indiana is seeking a Floor Technician to coat, burn, wash, and block out screens per customer specifications and maintain quality control.

The role requires physical endurance, lifting up to 50 pounds, standing long shifts, and teamwork, with a pay rate of $19.15–$25.00 per hour based on experience.

Monday to Thursday: 7:00pm to 7:00am

Rate: $19.15 - $25.00 based on experience

Maintain coated plate screens per job request to keep a consistent flow of work while following all safety and quality control standards.

Position Responsibilities:

• Coat, burn, wash, and block out screens per customer specifications ensuring quality work
• Repair damaged screens as needed
• Perform daily preventative maintenance
• Maintain a neat and organized work environment for easy access
• Adheres to and promotes all safety policies and procedures
• All other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for 12 hours, and bend/reach as needed
• Ability to work in a wet and humid environment with liquid chemicals

Position Skills:

• Ability to read and understand written instructions
• High levels of attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as a team

Experience/Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
