Job summary

Phoenix Color is a premier full-service printer delivering high-quality print solutions. This position requires operating and maintaining screens, ensuring quality, and contributing to safe, efficient production processes. The role supports coated plate work in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Coat, burn, wash, and block out screens per customer specifications ensuring quality work.
• Repair damaged screens as needed.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance.
• Maintain a neat and organized work environment for easy access.
• Adheres to and promotes all safety policies and procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
