Lakeside Book Company in Maryland is seeking a Screen Printing Operator to coat, burn, wash, and block out coated plates per customer specifications, ensuring quality work. You will repair damaged screens, perform daily preventative maintenance, keep a neat work area, and follow all safety policies and procedures.

This is a hands-on, team-based role with attention to detail. Shift is Monday to Thursday, 7:00pm to 7:00am.

Monday to Thursday: 7:00pm to 7:00am

Rate: $19.15 - $25.00 based on experience

Maintain coated plate screens per job request to keep a consistent flow of work while following all safety and quality control standards.

Position Responsibilities:

• Coat, burn, wash, and block out screens per customer specifications ensuring quality work

• Repair damaged screens as needed

• Perform daily preventative maintenance

• Maintain a neat and organized work environment for easy access

• Adheres to and promotes all safety policies and procedures

• All other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for 12 hours, and bend/reach as needed

• Ability to work in a wet and humid environment with liquid chemicals

Position Skills:

• Ability to read and understand written instructions

• High levels of attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as a team

Experience/Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
