The role requires 5+ years of construction experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift heavy materials. Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience (carpentry, windows, roofing, or framing) required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are mandatory.
• Remodeling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all materials and tools before heading to the job site.
• Coordinate with the Installation Manager on supplies and schedules.
• Keep each project on time and up to standard.
• Document progress using company-provided devices.
• Meet all building codes and engineering requirements.
• Lead assistants and ensure top-notch craftsmanship.
• Maintain professional customer interactions.
