Job summary

Emerge Talent in Rochester, NY is seeking a die-cutting operator responsible for die cutting various substrates to meet customer specifications while operating and maintaining die-cutting equipment according to job instructions and quality standards.

First shift is 6am-2:30pm with pay $19-20/hour depending on experience. Prior experience is not required; on-the-job training may be provided.

Qualifications

• Reading blueprints and understanding die specifications.
• Ability to read basic words and numerical patterns.
• Capable of measuring with calipers to fractional inches.
• Willingness to work first shift (6am-2:30pm).

Education and Experience

• No prior experience or training required.

Language Skills

• Competent in measuring down to fractional inches and using calipers.

Reasoning Ability

• Ability to apply common sense to follow basic one- or two-step instructions.
• Capable of handling standardized situations with minimal variation.
