Job summary

CRH Americas is seeking a union-eligible crew member to operate asphalt paving equipment and screed controls on highways, private roadways, parking lots and driveways. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to project specifications.

You will work 8–12 hour shifts, with overtime as needed, and may travel for job sites. A High School Diploma is required; CDL is preferred and a minimum of 2 years road construction experience is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CDL preferred.
• 2 years road construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate asphalt paver to achieve proper depth, grade and finish.
• Work with crew to apply asphalt per plan specifications and assist other positions as directed.
• May use hand tools and perform related duties as required.
