This role requires precision, attention to detail, and coordination with the paving crew to meet project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the screed controls on an asphalt paver to regulate depth, width, and smoothness of the asphalt mat
• Adjust screed settings to maintain proper grade, slope, and crown according to project plans
