Superior Talent Source is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a scratch kitchen-driven concept in Georgia. You will lead both front and back of house, driving food quality, guest satisfaction, and team development to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

You will partner with management to manage daily operations, control costs, and foster a culture of accountability and growth while maintaining high standards across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.
• Passion for food quality, scratch kitchens, and the guest dining experience.
• Strong leadership skills to develop and motivate teams.
• Solid understanding of front and back of house operations.
• Hands-on leadership with a strong operations presence.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the food experience by championing quality, consistency, and presentation with the kitchen.
• Lead from the floor and line to ensure seamless execution and a consistent guest experience.
• Deliver memorable guest experiences by engaging with guests and gathering feedback.
• Develop and inspire the team through coaching and culture building focused on accountability.
• Drive daily operations including service execution, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Support financial performance by monitoring labor, food cost, and overall performance.
