SA Recycling in Georgia seeks a reliable Operations Labor to unload, process, and disassemble scrap metal in a safe, efficient manner. You will support yard operations, assist with material handling, and help ensure quality of scrap material for shipment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong work ethic, and the ability to learn new tasks, with a focus on safety and compliance with company policies. High school diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• Must pass a medical physical and drug test.
• Background check required.
• Bilingual language skills a plus (English & Spanish).
• Ability to communicate with others effectively and understand directions.
• Willingness to learn sorting, color/shape/weight identification, using PPE.

Responsibilities

• Unload pallets, boxes, and bundles.
• Sort and handle materials; push/pull and lift items.
• Disassemble small equipment and cut wires as needed.
• Operate or work with yard/recycling equipment safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
