Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pre‑Employment background, physical, and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to safety standards with PPE and hazard removal.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the site.
• Load and unload materials using mobile equipment or by hand.
• Sort recycled materials and metals to separate high‑grade metals.
• Operate and maintain forklifts and other mobile equipment.
• Perform tasks involving physical labor with hand tools and equipment.
• Identify scrap and detect undesirable elements.
• Remove fluids from incoming materials or vehicles as required.
• Perform plant housekeeping and equipment cleaning.
• Assist mechanics in equipment maintenance.
• Interact with customers or drivers to direct or assist them.
• Perform other general laborer tasks as required.
