Qualifications

• 1-year experience operating heavy equipment in scrap metal or construction.
• Ability to learn new tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Operate various heavy equipment for loading and unloading scrap.
• Verify load weights to prevent overloads.
• Identify and grade inbound scrap materials.
• Drain fluids from vehicles and appliances.
• Direct truck drivers for proper loading/unloading.
• Perform daily equipment inspections.
