Neon Logistics is seeking motivated students for a Summer Internship in Scottsdale, AZ. You will gain hands-on exposure to sales, operations, and customer communications while supporting day-to-day logistics tasks and project work.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s degree, are organized, and enjoy fast-paced teamwork. No prior logistics experience is required, and you’ll learn directly from our team during an intensive program.

Responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of the transportation and logistics industry
• Gain exposure to sales, account management, and operations
• Work alongside experienced team members on real business initiatives
• Learn how to communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams
• Develop prospecting, relationship-building, and professional communication skills
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company events
• Assist with projects that support the growth and day-to-day operations of Neon Logistics
• Gain an understanding of the full lifecycle of a shipment, from initial customer communication through delivery
