Job summary

The St. James is seeking a reliable Part-Time Scorekeeper for our Adult Hockey League (A/C/D). Games occur mainly in the evenings and may run on multiple rinks.

You will check players in, manage all stats using the Gamesheets app on iPad, run the game clock, and maintain accurate scoresheets for each game. Training is provided if needed, and punctuality is essential for every shift. This role offers flexible evening hours and pay per game.

Qualifications

• Ability to arrive on time and stay for the full game.
• Comfortable using an iPad and the Gamesheets app (training provided if needed).
• Familiarity with hockey rules and basic scorekeeping preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check players in on the scoresheet to ensure playoffs eligibility.
• Manage all stats using the Gamesheets app on iPad (goals, assists, penalties, shots).
• Run the game clock and record shots, penalties, and goals in real time.
• Maintain a complete and accurate scoresheet for each game.
