Job summary

Pacific Endoscopy Center in Pearl City, HI, is seeking a Part-Time Scope Processing Technician to join our gastroenterology team. You will clean, reprocess and prepare instruments for procedures in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

We offer a 20–29 hour weekly schedule with potential evening or Saturday shifts. Starting pay ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, based on experience, with strong benefits and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of GI/Endo procedures or sterile processing techniques.
• Sterilization experience in a medical setting preferred.
• Knowledge of endoscopy equipment and procedures is helpful, not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Certification as GI Technician or Sterile Processing Tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean, reprocess and prepare instruments for surgical procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique and document processing steps.
• Assist clinical staff with instrument handling and prep logistics.
• Flex to other centers as needed with added compensation.

What You Will Do (Job Summary):

you will be an integral part of our gastroenterology team, responsible for cleaning, reprocessing and preparing instruments for surgical procedures.

Part-time hours require 20 - 29 hours/week.

• Monday-Friday work schedule. Some evening shifts until 7pm and some Saturday work hours may be required, depending on center needs.
• NO call required, NO Nights
• Ability to float to other centers with added compensation

The starting pay range for this position is $20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience.
