Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create welcoming guest experiences.
• Share flavor stories, offer samples, and help guests discover their next favorite scoop.
• Scoop ice cream, make waffle cones, operate the register, and support daily shop operations.
• Greet guests, answer questions, and help guide shop flow.
• Accurately process transactions and assist with online and delivery orders.
• Prepare products according to recipes and quality standards.
• Restock ice cream, supplies, and retail products throughout the shift.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization standards across the shop.
• Support dishwashing and other operational tasks that keep the shop running smoothly.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to create a positive and supportive environment.
