Salt & Straw in Uptown Plaza, Phoenix, is hiring Ice Cream Scoopers to create memorable guest experiences while maintaining smooth shop operations.

As a Scooper, you’ll share flavor stories, serve customers, scoop, ring up orders, restock, and keep the shop clean. Flexible evenings and weekends available; no formal experience required.

Formación

• 16+ years old or older.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to work at least 3 shifts per week, including 2 closing shifts.
• Enjoy working with people and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and stays busy.
• Works well as part of a team and supports colleagues.
• Experience in food service, retail, coffee, restaurant, or hospitality is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create welcoming experiences for every guest.
• Share flavor stories, offer samples, and help guests discover their next favorite scoop.
• Scoop ice cream, make waffle cones, operate the register, and support daily shop operations.
• Greet guests, answer questions, and help guide the flow of the shop.
• Process transactions and assist with online and delivery orders.
• Prepare products according to recipes and quality standards.
• Restock ice cream, supplies, and retail products throughout the shift.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization standards across the shop.
• Support dishwashing, cleaning, and other operational tasks.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a positive and supportive environment.
