Job summary

LG Electronics USA is seeking a skilled logistics/production planning professional to optimize LG's transportation operations. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Sales, 3PL, carriers, and customers to improve service metrics and cost efficiency.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in production planning, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and proficiency with TMS/WMS/YMS systems; English and Korean bilingual ability is required.

Qualifications

5+ years experience in production planning operations preferred.
Extensive knowledge within the transportation industry. Truckload and LTL experience; contract review experience.
MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word skills; TMS/WMS/YMS experience a plus.
Bilingual (English and Korean) required.

Responsibilities

Negotiate transportation rates and contract terms for LG operations.
Support cost efficiency and improve service metrics.
Monitor and manage health level of operations across teams.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, 3PL, carriers, and customers.
Review performance and implement corrective actions with carriers.
Negotiate terms and conditions as needed for LG.
