Job summary

Gravity IT Resources is seeking an SCM Systems Analyst to support Oracle ERP/SCM across a multi-site manufacturing environment. This contractor role focuses on configuring and optimizing Oracle modules, gathering requirements, and delivering working solutions in a hybrid Maryville, TN setting.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, QA, and development teams to drive the ERP rollout, maintain BAU operations, and ensure data integrity across supply chain processes, including Configurator

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting ERP implementations/rollouts in manufacturing environments.
  • Strong documentation including KDDs, design docs and process maps.
  • Ability to deliver requirements and documentation with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise between business stakeholders and technology delivery teams to enable Oracle SCM capabilities.
  • Drive requirements and documentation through to delivery in a hybrid Maryville setting.
  • Support BAU and ERP rollout across multiple plants and sites.

SCM Systems Analyst (Oracle ERP/SCM – Configurator & Order Management) — 1-Year Contract (Hybrid, Maryville TN)

Position Type:Systems Analyst Contractor (ongoing; potential for full-time conversion)
Contract Length:1 year
Work Style / Location:Hybrid — must be onsite part of the week in Maryville, TN(near West Knoxville)

Overview

As an SCM Systems Analyst supporting the Oracle ERP & SCM technology team, you will serve as a technical liaison between business stakeholders and technology delivery teams to enable and enhance capabilities within the Oracle SCM portfolio. The team is mid‑way through a multi-year ERP rollout impacting40+ manufacturing plants, combining ongoing BAU support with continued delivery as the program moves from completed supply chain/distribution center rollouts into a pilot for a home building facility and beyond. This role requires an organized, highly effective Level II/III systems analyst who can quickly assess gaps, clarify next steps, and help drive solutions to completion.

Required Skills
  • Level II/III Systems Analyst experience with proven ability to be immediately effective in a delivery + support environment.
  • ERP experience (Oracle preferred), including experience supporting supply chain-related processes and manufacturing environments.
  • Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, including:
    • Requirements documentation
    • KDDs (Key Decision Documents)
    • Design documents
    • Process maps, data maps, and system/data flow documentation
  • Proven ability to translate stakeholder needs into clear technical specifications for development and shared services teams.
  • Proven ability to document integration patterns and general system architecture.
  • Intermediate knowledge of application development and design principles.
  • Intermediate to advanced data analysis skills, including ability to identify data relationships, perform transformation activities, and validate data integrity.
  • Experience collaborating with QA and development teams to review test cases, support system/integration testing, and facilitate UAT.
Nice to Have Skills
  • Oracle ERP module experience withConfiguratorandOrder Management(areas of specific need).
  • CPQ experience.
  • Salesforce integration experience (or strong familiarity working in environments with Salesforce + ERP integration).
  • Experience introducing new technology features and functionality to user groups.
  • Experience improving business or system processes for efficiency and/or cost savings.
  • Experience developing and executing change management plans (communications, training, stakeholder readiness).
  • Accounting background or financial expertise.
Preferred Education and Experience
  • Demonstrated experience supporting ERP implementations/rollouts in complex, multi-site manufacturing environments.
  • Track record of producing high-quality technical/functional documentation used by cross-functional delivery teams.
Other Requirements
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model with onsite presence inMaryville, TNpart of the week.
  • Ability to coordinate and interact with internal development teams, shared services, vendors, portfolio teams, and architecture teams to ensure requirements are understood and implementable.
  • Ability to elicit reporting requirements, understand needed data elements, and validate reporting outputs to ensure they meet operational needs.
  • Interview process includesthree rounds: (1) screening with Devin Wilson and the supply chain lead, (2) interview with team members, (3) interview with leadership.
