  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and hands‑on experience managing data within ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Strong analytical problem‑solving skills with a proven track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.
  • Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and present data clearly to management.

Responsibilities

Job description

About this role: We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and bilingual Supply Chain Specialist to optimize our logistics operations. In this mid-level role, you will go beyond daily coordination to analyze supply chain data, resolve complex logistical challenges, improve operational efficiencies, and manage end-to-end product flow from overseas manufacturers to final domestic delivery.
Responsibilities

  • Optimize Logistics: Oversee and route import shipments, negotiating rates and transit times directly with overseas freight forwarders, ocean carriers, and domestic transport partners to ensure cost-effective delivery.
  • Strategic Vendor Management: Evaluate vendor and carrier performance against established KPIs, address supply chain disruptions proactively, and foster long‑term strategic partnerships.
  • Data Analysis & Demand Planning: Analyze inventory levels, forecast demand, and manage ERP system data to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
  • Compliance & Customs: Act as the primary point of contact for customs brokers to ensure full trade compliance, audit documentation, and swiftly resolve any clearance delays or tariff issues.
