Job summary

Value Innovation Labs Inc. is seeking a senior Product Leader to drive data-centric products end-to-end. You will collaborate with architecture, program teams and stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities and create data-driven strategies.

You will own the lifecycle of complex data products, push performance toward committed goals, and ensure alignment with customer needs and operational excellence. Experience with customer-facing digital experiences and vendor management is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital product initiatives at scale.
• Strong background in product development and requirements analysis.
• Background in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data analytics.
• Experience building and maintaining end-to-end data pipelines.
• Proven ability to work with customer-facing digital experiences.
• Experience managing high-performance product teams.
• Experience managing relationships with external vendors.
• Proficiency with SQL, database administration or related skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders to identify high value opportunities.
• Build business cases and drive prioritization with data-driven strategies.
• Collaborate with architecture and program teams to manage dependencies, risks and costs.
• Own end-to-end lifecycles of complex data products across feature areas.
• Drive product performance toward goals and customer needs through operational excellence.
• Own QA and analytics partnerships to monitor KPIs and product quality.
• Be the subject matter expert in the area of ownership.
