Job summary

Oceaneering in Houston offers an internship under the leadership of a Supply Chain Manager to learn about Oceaneering’s products, processes, operations and culture through working alongside professionals on a variety of projects and real-world applications.

You will work with the Materials Management team to support analytics and supply chain monitoring, analyze data with Excel and PowerBI, document improvements, and implement solutions while tracking milestones and timelines.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Distribution or Supply Chain Management (3rd/4th year).
• Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Materials Management to support analytics & supply chain monitoring (projects may include working capital efficiency, repair program optimization, supply risk monitoring).
• Analyze data using statistical and reporting tools (Excel and PowerBI).
• Document business process improvements and workflows.
• Perform analysis on process improvements and implement solutions as needed.
• Communicate clear status and target dates for milestones.

Responsibilities

• Work together with Materials Management team to support analytics & supply chain monitoring. Projects may include, but not limited to: working capital efficiency, repair program optimization, and supply risk monitoring strategy.
• Analyze data using statistical and reporting tools, such as Excel and PowerBI.
• Document business process improvements and workflows.
• Perform analysis on process improvements and implement solutions as needed.
• Communicate clear status and target dates for key milestones / task activities

Required

• 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student at an accredited University, pursuing a degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Experience with Microsoft Office and AI tools
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
• No relocation or housing assistance is being offered
