Oceaneering International, Inc. invites applications for an IT SCM Business Analyst Intern – IT in Houston.

This paid summer internship provides hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion and enterprise applications that power supply chain and workshop operations. You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to create reports, troubleshoot issues, support archiving projects, and help deploy devices like barcode scanners, mobile tablets, and printers while gaining exposure to real-world SCM

Qualifications

• Undergrad student in 3rd or 4th year pursuing Business, MIS, SCM, or CS
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Experience with Microsoft Office and analytic skills; mobile devices experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• No relocation or housing assistance
• Exposure to physical tools used for home improvement, wood working, automotive, or related hobbies

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line application support for Oracle Fusion and related systems
• Assist with data archiving initiatives and retention policy compliance
• Support deployment and maintenance of barcode scanners, mobile devices, tablets, and printers
• Gather and analyze business requirements with functional teams
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for supply chain and workshop processes
• Participate in testing and validation of system enhancements and new features
• Document support procedures and user guides
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements
• Communicate project status and issues clearly to supervisors and stakeholders

Qualifications

• 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student at an accredited University, pursuing a degree in Business, Management Information Systems (MIS), Supply Chain Management, or Computer Science
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Analytic skills, Mobile Devices (Android/Apple)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
• No relocation or housing assistance is being offered
• Exposure to physical tools as used for home improvement, wood working, automotive related and similar, programming whether as part of coursework or as a hobby
