Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking an experienced Facility Security Representative to support the expansion of a secure facility at Fort Belvoir, VA. You will administer highly specialized security programs, safeguard classified information, and coordinate with government agencies.

You will train staff, coordinate classified visits, and manage SCI/SCIF responsibilities while advising senior leaders on policy and operations. A DoD clearance is required and experience with VIP customers is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years as a Facility Security Officer or Special Security Representative.
• Experience with SCIF/SAP requirements, accreditation, and construction standards.
• Experience as COMSEC custodian and OPSEC planning.
• Experience supporting high-level VIP customers (3/4 Star Generals, SES staff, etc.).
• Must have active DoD Secret or higher security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Administer highly specialized facility or government classified security programs and ensure safeguarding of information.
• Train employees on security regulations and coordinate with government security agencies.
• Manage physical access, clearances, packages, and debriefings.
• Develop and implement security procedures in coordination with government agencies and management.
• Manage SCI program and SCIF administration; advise leaders on policy and operations.
• Coordinate with Special Security Offices to ensure compliance with regulations.
