KBR’s Boulder facility seeks a Special Security Representative to oversee SCIF and closed-area security, including TEMPEST/EMSEC, access control, and SCI indoctrinations. You will coordinate with government customers and Space Force-related programs to ensure compliance and secure operations.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years’ experience, a Top Secret/SCI clearance, and hands-on use of DISS, SCINET, and related security systems. Bachelor’s degree preferred; SFPC/SPSC certifications are a plus.

Qualificações

• Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility and willingness for polygraph if required.
• 3–5+ years administering security programs in SCIF, SAP, or secure environments.
• Proficiency with ICD 705, ICD 503, NISPOM, DoD 5205.07 and TEMPEST/EMSEC guidelines.
• Hands-on experience with DISS, Scattered Castles, SCINET and access control systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent operational experience; SFPC/SPSC preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Administer security programs across SCIFs and closed areas; oversee SOPs and EOPs.
• Manage access control, alarms, CCTV, badges, and PDS checks daily.
• Verify clearances via DISS/SCINET; process VARs and SCI indoctrinations.
• Lead security audits and drive corrective actions; liaison with government entities.
• Develop and deliver security training and OPSEC guidance for staff.
