Job summary

Nooks is seeking a Security Manager to own security at a site, leading all security operations and acting as the primary liaison with government, defense, and industry partners. The role requires deep expertise in industrial and physical security, SCIF operations, and risk mitigation, reporting to the Senior Manager of Industrial Security.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in industrial/physical security, cleared contracting, SCIF/SAP.
• Former FSO or equivalent authority.
• Deep knowledge of NISPOM, SCI, SAP requirements.
• Proven people management and mentoring.
• Strong executive presence and cross‑stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead site security program and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee security operations and incident response at the site.
• Maintain SCIFs and classified spaces; perform risk assessments.
• Manage DD254s, MOUs, CUAs and contract-derived requirements.
• Mentor security team and coordinate with government and partners.
