Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility; willing to undergo polygraph.
• 5+ years of CSSO experience in DoD/IC programs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent security/SCI experience.
• Familiarity with DoD 5105.21-M-1, NISPOM, and DCID directives (6/3, 6/4, 6/9).
• Experience with NSA COMSEC account and JPAS/DISS databases.

Responsibilities

• Administer SCI Administrative Security Manual duties.
• Maintain DCID/NISPOM directives for CSSO responsibilities.
• Conduct SCI/SAP level inspections, audits, reviews.
• Submit SCI self-inspections and SCIF accreditation actions; modify SCIFs as needed.
• Coordinate with ISSM/SSO and ensure accreditation documentation is available.
• Indoctrinate SCI/SAP personnel and manage COMSEC accountability.
• Respond to SCIF alarms and update SOPs and EAP accordingly.
