Job summary

Cintel Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Special Security Representative (SSR) to support the Defense Special Security System and DoD Acquisition Security operations at Ft. Belvoir, VA. The role covers SCI protection, personnel security clearances, and secure facility management.

The SSR will administer security education, conduct indoctrinations and briefings, manage access nominations, and coordinate with DCSA AVS. A Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• 6–10 years’ experience in DoD Special Security.
• Strong knowledge of ICD 705 Tech Specs, DoD manuals and NISPOM.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel security and access control.
• Maintain SCIF and physical security systems per ICD 705.
• Administer SCI indoctrinations and security briefings.
• Assist with security incident inquiries and self-inspections.
• Track SSO actions with electronic task tools and reports.
