Job summary

Dell Technologies Inc. is seeking a versatile Facility Security & IT Specialist to oversee physical security, access control, baseline IT operations, and localized project management for a secure facility.

This role bridges physical security, technical support, and project coordination, ensuring that all facility perimeters, secure workspaces, and technical deployments remain on schedule, fully compliant, and operational.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in physical security, facility management, or CSSO/FSO roles in a DoD or IC environment.
• 1–3 years coordinating technical or physical security projects (CAPM, PMP or similar) is a plus.
• Hands-on experience administering enterprise access control software and basic IT helpdesk/telephony support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SCIF operations and compliance with ICD-705 and NISPOM.
• Manage access control systems, badge issuance, IDS, and visitor escorts.
• Provide desktop, VoIP, and baseline IT support for unclassified networks.
• Coordinate vendor/implementation tracking for facility security and IT upgrades.
