Job summary

JCTM, LLC is seeking a Construction Surveillance Technician at MCAS Cherry Point to support ICD705 security, manage SCIF accreditation, and ensure DoD/IC compliance across construction activities. The role requires TS/SCI clearance, 3+ years of security management experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with coordination among security, engineering, and program teams.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required or ability to obtain.
• Experience with SCI security requirements in construction environments.
• Knowledge of ICD705/IC policies for security programs.
• Ability to prepare and review security documentation and reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Security Manager with ICD705 security goals, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with secure facility planning, CSP compliance, accreditation preparation, and tracking.
• Prepare detailed reports on security incidents and findings.
• Organize accreditation documentation and monitor progress for facility approval.
• Ensure attendance to DIA SCIF accreditation standards and access controls.
• Maintain personnel security, badge access, and documentation.
• Perform security duties related to physical security, access control, and information protection.
