Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking a Facilities Management / Security Specialist to lead accreditation of TS/SCI SCIF/SAP facilities and manage space allocation for government and contractor personnel. You will coordinate security documentation and work with IC, DoW, and security teams to maintain critical infrastructure.

Ideal candidates have extensive SCIF/SAP-F experience, strong IT/ networking oversight, and fleet coordination for ongoing facility modernization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• TS/SCI eligibility required.
• 20+ years in DoW HR/IT/Telecom and Facility Management in a SCIF environment.
• Accreditation experience for TS/SCI SCIF and SAP-F facilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain an accredited SCI/ SAP facility for Government and Contractor use.
• Maintain an environment with multi-level data services access.
• Coordinate facility security documentation and approvals with IC/DoW and security staff.
• Provide on-site support at defense contractor facilities to support tasks.
• Advise on security program plans and space allocation with stakeholders.
