About the role
As a Scientist – Functional Assays, you will develop, qualify, and run cell-based and functional assays, including cell activation, signaling, reporter-gene assays, potency assays, and antibody functional readouts. You will collaborate across biology, lab automation, and software teams to transform bespoke assays into robust, automated, high-throughput capabilities and ensure reliable, interpretable functional data.

Key requirements

• Deep hands‑on experience with cell-based and functional/potency assays, including reporter cell lines, primary cells, and flow cytometry.
• Applied industry experience in production, development, or commercial settings with a focus on throughput and reliability.
• Strong understanding of antibody/protein function and assay design.
• Interdisciplinary mindset; data fluency and scripting experience are a strong plus.
