Role

Support development and scale-up of lipid nanoparticle (LNP) formulations for nucleic acid delivery, focusing on process optimization and enhancing LNP design.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• PhD in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Bioengineering, or related field with 3+ years (PhD) or 8+ years (M.S.) of relevant industry experience;
• strong background in nanoparticle or LNP process development, scale-up, or manufacturing;
• experience with nucleic acid formulations (e.g., mRNA, DNA), and characterization techniques such as DLS and encapsulation assays;
• problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Preferred

experience in formulation screening, next-generation LNP systems, and early-stage R&D.
