Responsibilities

• Develops and supervises research projects focused on multi-omic mapping of the spatial biology and epigenetic landscape of the breast cancer tumor microenvironment (TME).
• Leads projects using Akoya PhenoCycler platform for complex spatial phenotyping, spatial ATAC-seq and single-cell sequencing modalities.
• Manages day-to-day laboratory operations and supervises laboratory technicians; oversees space management, personnel management, and equipment upkeep.
• Oversees grant submissions and progress reports to maintain laboratory goals.
