Qualifications

• PhD or MS with industry experience in cellular assay development, high‑throughput screening and automation.
• Hands‑on experience with high‑content assays and data analysis.
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Optimize, validate, and execute HT/HCS assays (e.g., CellTiter-Glo, NanoBRET).
• Lead screening campaigns with automation platforms and coordinate transfers.
• Develop workflows for quantitative profiling and analyze complex data.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate across Discovery Sciences, Cancer Biology, Automation, and Data Science.

Education

PhD in biological sciences, chemical biology, pharmacology, or bioengineering

MS in a relevant field with industry experience
