Qualifications
- PhD/MS/BS with required years of experience as listed.
- Experience in cell biology, stem cell biology, cell therapy, gene therapy, or related areas.
- Hands-on cellular, molecular, and functional assay development and execution.
- Fluorescence/confocal microscopy, ICC/IHC, and image analysis experience.
- Strong experimental design, data analysis, and scientific problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently plan, execute, and communicate research studies.
- Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, lead, and execute in vitro studies to evaluate engineered cell therapies.
- Develop, optimize, and implement cellular, molecular, and imaging-based assays.
- Independently analyze, interpret, and communicate complex datasets.
- Lead microscopy-based characterization and quantitative phenotyping.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Contribute to experimental planning, candidate evaluation, and prioritization.
- Maintain high-quality documentation and communicate findings via reports and presentations.
- Mentor junior scientists and research associates.
