Qualifications

• Proficiency with bioanalytical/molecular techniques: Flow Cytometry, ELISA, qPCR, absorbance spectroscopy, pH and conductivity.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and analyze reagent characterization experiments for improved assay performance.
• Draft and manage documentation for production and characterization of reagents.
• Lead DOE for reference material and reagent optimization.
• Maintain accurate experiment records per quality requirements.
• Present data at meetings and contribute to IP through publications/patents.
