Job summary

BioTalent seeks a Scientist, Analytical Development to support large molecules in a fast-paced biopharmaceutical lab. You will develop and review analytical methods for biologics, participate in cell-based assays, and collaborate across QC and Manufacturing to advance program milestones.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8+ years of biotech experience in QC or analytical labs, with hands-on capabilities in ELISA, HPLC, CE and SDS-PAGE.

Scientist, Analytical Development -Large molecules

Are you passionate about analytical development, biologics, protein characterization, and GMP laboratory work? We’re looking for a Scientist, Analytical Development to join a growing biopharmaceutical team supporting innovative biologic therapies.

If you thrive in a fast-paced analytical lab environment and enjoy working with ELISA, HPLC, CE, and cell-based assays, this could be your next opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, perform, troubleshoot, and review analytical methods


• Support cell-based, ELISA, HPLC, CE, wet chemistry, SDS-PAGE, Maurice, and other analytical techniques


• Identify and characterize protein biologics


• Lead or support method development, validation, investigations, and stability studies


• Review data using scientific reasoning and sound technical judgment


• Prepare technical reports, graphs, procedures, specifications, and SOPs


• Train and support junior analysts


• Collaborate with Manufacturing, QC, Process Development, Project Management, and external clients


• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert supporting QC activities


• Support cGMP documentation, regulatory inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field required

8+ years of biotech industry experience in a QC or analytical lab

Hands‑on experience or exposure with:

• Quality Control


• Capillary Electrophoresis / CE


• Reports, Procedures, and Specifications
