RA Capital Management, LLC seeks a Business Systems Analyst, Scientific & Venture Systems to translate research workflows into practical tech solutions for Raven and Venture teams in a hybrid Boston setting.

The role combines systems administration, programming and API work, with emphasis on LIMS/EDC platforms, data management, and collaboration with scientists and business stakeholders to enable faster, reliable scientific work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or technical field.
• 2–5 years in solutions engineering or scientific software implementation.
• Hands-on experience with life sciences data platforms (LIMS/EDC).
• Proficient in programming with REST APIs and data integration.
• Foundational SQL skills and data validation practices.
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated code with independent judgment.
• Experience translating workflows with researchers into technical solutions.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills.
• Hybrid schedule in Boston; authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Map current and future workflows with scientists and stakeholders.
• Administer scientific systems (CDD Vault, LIMS/EDC) and manage configurations.
• Configure registration tables and workflows for compound registration.
• Develop scripts and API integrations; use SQL to verify data.
• Manage Notion teamspaces and project templates for RAven projects.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools while reviewing generated code.
• Support vendor evaluations and coordinate technical partners.
• Plan system testing, documentation, and user training.
• Lead small projects and communicate scope, milestones, risks.
